Together in a space of unconditional love and support we will:
Realize our own truth, integrity, light and beauty while applauding those qualities in other women as our sacred mirrors.

Move our bodies through chi-gong, yoga and dance. Raise our voices in song through chanting sanscrit and english mantrams w/ harmonium. Explore tools to heal the wounds inflicted by and onto other women in our lives with guided sharing, right speech, role play, mantra, forgiveness practice, and re-scripting. Communicate honestly, with compassion and strength, releasing fears of confrontation. Be affirmed, and affirm, see and be seen, listen and be deeply heard.

Together we will create a new enlightened manifesto to guide future interactions and partnerships with other inpiring women.
